Announce Commercial Real Estate Transactions on citybiz real estate
There are three ways to do this:
1) Send a press release to jay@citybizlist.com
2) Send us information pertinent to a story, including:
- Brokers on both sides of the deal
- Square Footage
- Owner of the building where the lease was signed
- Information on the building (this can include a building photo, building Web site and/or a PDF brochure of the building)
- Tenant information / Web site
- Tenant's previous address
These six facts are vital to a good story. Other information you may want to include might be length of the lease, financials or quotes as to why the new spot works for the tenant.
Some companies simply forward internal deal sheets.
3) You can complete our deal sheet - the attached PDF, which works on most operating systems. If it doesn't work on yours, use it as a guide for providing the information above.
